West Bountiful, UT (March 29, 2022) – One person died and two more were injured on Monday in a crash on Interstate 15 in West Bountiful.
According to sources, at about 10:30 p.m., a driver lost control of their vehicle and overturned into a roadside ditch near the exit ramp for 500 South.
Two of the three occupants were ejected from the vehicle.
One woman died on the scene and a man was taken to a nearby hospital with undisclosed injuries.
The third passenger sustained non-critical injuries.
The cause of the crash remained unknown as of early Tuesday.
