Car Accidents in Utah
Utah has numerous vehicle insurance laws that are specific to the state. A seasoned personal injury lawyer will help you to understand and follow these laws in order to make sure you are entitled to collect remuneration.
All Utah drivers have to carry a minimum of $3,000 in Personal Injury Protection insurance. This is intended to cover the medical expenses of the victim’s injuries, $20 a day in household help, and up to $250 a week in lost wages, no matter who is responsible for the collision.
For most victims of Utah accidents, however, this is nowhere near enough to compensate them for all of their accident-related losses and damages. It also fails to offer them any compensation for their pain and suffering. A respected Utah car accident attorney will know the most reasonable way to handle your current expenses and provide you with a positive result for your injury claim.
