Murray, UT (March 31, 2022) – A pedestrian was hit by a car and killed on Wednesday, March 30th as he was crossing a street in Murray.
Sources reported that at about 9:35 p.m., the 44-year-old man was crossing the 5000th block of South State Street when he was hit by a northbound vehicle.
The driver of the car reported the accident and stayed on the scene.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His name has not yet been released.
