Salt Lake City, UT (June 1, 2022) – Salt Lake City Police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene of an auto accident that left at least one person injured. At around 10 a.m., on June 1, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 215.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked the eastbound side of the interstate in the area near northbound Interstate 15. The incident caused delays in the Murray area as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
