In the state of Utah, there are several local regulations as well as state laws that regulate when and how pedestrians are able to use the roadways. These regulations are formulated with the safety of those on foot in mind.
Pedestrians that are struck by motor vehicles typically endure multiple injuries with catastrophic, and sometimes deadly, outcomes. Without the safety of a metal cage, or, in actuality, any safety features whatsoever, to shield them from the impending impact, pedestrian injuries are often followed by severe economic, emotional, and physical ramifications.
When taking into account the excessive rise in Utah’s distracted driving demographic, a lot of drivers either fail to give any credence to the role they play in pedestrian safety or fail to notice them at all, putting Utah’s most defenseless residents, pedestrians, in extreme danger.
When you are represented by a reputable pedestrian injury lawyer from Jardine Law Offices P.C. following your accident, your odds of receiving full economic recovery are considerably greater than those of someone attempting to represent themselves.
