Car Crashes in Utah
Car accidents are a normal scene on Utah roadways. They range from small fender benders to serious or deadly collisions. It is normal for the injuries endured by crash victims to be so severe they require months, or even years, to fully recover.
If you or a relative was injured in a car accident and are fighting to figure out how you are going to handle the unexpected economic responsibility, you should speak with a Utah car accident lawyer.
Utah adheres to the modified comparative fault system. This means that you are eligible to seek damages as long as the at-fault driver is liable for a bigger percentage of fault than you. Should the jury decide that you were liable for a percentage of the accident, your damages will be lessened by that amount.
