Passenger Injuries in Utah
In Utah, a passenger can’t be held responsible for the negligent actions that resulted in an accident. This means that passengers who are injured in car accidents are often eligible to seek financial compensation from the at-fault driver. It is important, however, that they work with a lawyer who knows the most effective ways to successfully investigate all potential avenues of monetary recovery.
If your auto accident was due to another’s misconduct or negligence, then you are entitled to file a claim for all your crash-related damages.
