Fatal Bicycle Accidents in Hatch
In the state of Utah, there are some notable distinctions between car accidents and bicycle accidents that you need to be aware of. First, bicycles do not carry the same kind of liability insurance as motor vehicles.
Second, the injuries sustained by cyclists are usually much more severe. If you are injured while riding a bike, seek immediate medical care so you can learn the full extent of your injuries and what it will take for you to make a full recovery.
Third, we strongly urge you to hire an experienced bicycle accident attorney who knows how the different types of insurance apply in these cases and who has a reputation for taking cases to trial for maximum financial compensation.
Our attorneys understand the dangers faced by people who enjoy riding bicycles. In the absence of a two-ton metal shield for protection, bicyclists are some of the most vulnerable passengers on Utah’s roadways. Additionally, a lot of drivers don’t give riders the space and the respect to which they are entitled.
If you have been injured during a bicycle accident, you deserve the best possible outcome in your case.
