Cedar City, UT (November 03, 2021) – One driver sustained injuries during a three-car accident in downtown Cedar City on Tuesday, November 2nd.
The collision took place at about 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of 200 North and 100 West and involved a black Cadillac sedan, a white Dodge Caravan, and a silver Toyota Highlander SUV.
An official from the Cedar City Police Department said that the driver of the Dodge was heading northbound on 100 West and, as the driver attempted to turn onto 200 North, she struck the westbound Cadillac on its driver’s side.
The momentum of the impact caused the Cadillac to crash into the front of the Toyota, which was stopped at the south-facing stop sign on 100 West.
The driver of the minivan was transported to a local hospital with non-critical injuries.
Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
