Taylorsville, UT (March 13, 2021) – Unified Fire Authority reported that one person was found dead following a house fire in Taylorsville.
The Unified Fire Authority Public Information Officer stated that crews were dispatched following reports of heavy smoke and visible flames coming from a residence in the 2100 block of West Cedar Breaks Drive with victims trapped inside.
Sources said that two people were inside the home when the fire broke out, one of whom was able to escape with no injuries.
The cause of this fire has not yet been determined.
