Kaysville, UT (June 30, 2021) – One person was taken by paramedics to a local trauma center after a train crashed into their car on Tuesday, June 30th in Kaysville.
Fire crews were called to the car and train collision at about 12:25 a.m. on Interstate 15 at Burton Lane when a car occupied by only a driver was heading southbound across the train tracks adjacent to Interstate 15 and was struck by an approaching train under the Burton Lane overpass.
Paramedics with the Davis County Sheriff’s Office and Kaysville Police Department also responded to the incident.
