Heber City, UT (July 04, 2021) – US Highway 40 was shut down in both directions following a car accident with multiple injuries by the turnoff for the Strawberry Reservoir Visitors Center on Sunday, July 4th in Heber City.
Troopers from the Utah Highway Patrol were on the scene to investigate the cause of the crash.
Reports indicated that multiple people were injured, although the extent of their injuries is unknown.
Eyewitnesses described seeing medical helicopters and ambulances arriving on the scene.
