Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
Oversized Vehicle Accidents in Utah
Accidents involving oversized vehicles are often the result of an operator, manufacturer, or company negligence. This can include defective parts, inadequate or total lack of maintenance, insufficient driver training, and speeding, or other unlawful driving habits.
These are dangerous on their own. However, when combined with inclement weather and poor road conditions, drivers who are already exhausted from being overworked are much more likely to make miscalculations and other judgment errors.
